How To Place an Order

As many of our items are one-of-a-kind or are available in limited quantities only, our ordering procedure is as follows:

Step 1: Send an e-mail to orders@jcmusser.com. Please include the following information:

• Item number and brief description of item:
• Examples:
  • 100044 Boeing 747 tail patch
  • 196001 National Geographic January 1960
• Name and contact information
• Complete shipping address

Step 2: We will send you an e-mail confirming the total amount, item availability and shipping costs.

Step 3: We will hold your order for up to ten (10) days to allow your payment to arrive. If we do not hear from you within that time period, we will assume you no longer wish to complete your purchase.

Clothing Policies

All clothing is previously-owned unless otherwise indicated. Previously-worn garments have been washed according to manufacturer's instructions.

Condition guide:

• New - Brand new, may or may not have original tags
• Like New - Looks new, does not appear to have been worn
• Excellent - Very slight traces of wear, has been washed a few times
• Very Good - Light wear, may have slight fading.
• Good - Moderate wear, may have softened from washing, some fading.

Clothing is measured as follows:

Chest: Distance from armpit seam to armpit seam
Length: Distance from top of collar to bottom of hem
Sleeve: Distance from center of shirt collar to end of sleeve

All measurements are taken with the garment laying flat.

Shipping

We ship via USPS and FedEx. Our normal shipping days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Most items ship within 48 hours of payment.

We are happy to combine shipping costs for multiple item purchases from our Web site and eBay auctions on request. Certain items cannot be combined due to size and weight limitations or different delivery methods such as Priority Mail or Media Mail.

How do I get free shipping?

We offer free ground shipping within the fifty (50) United States on orders of $50.00 or more. Offer applies to one or more items from our Web site, eBay auction listings and eBay store with a purchase price total of at least $50.00. Certain larger items and clearance lots are not included (this will be mentioned in the individual item listing).

Need it fast?

Express shipping is available via USPS Express Mail or FedEx at an additional cost. Please contact us with your complete shipping address for details.

Returns

We understand it takes a leap of faith to make an online purchase. Please contact us if an item does not meet your expectations. You may return an item within seven (7) days of receipt. Item must be returned in the same condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.

In the case of shipping damage, please notify us immediately. Save the original carton and all packing material for carrier inspection.
