I have had been interested in railroad history and photography since early childhood. I have fond memories of grabbing my point and shoot camera and running to catch a train as a young person. My hobby led to the opening of JC Musser Hobbies, a model train store located in Reading, Pennsylvania. The store specialized in custom painted model trains that were offered at shows throughout the Northeastern United States. After the store closed I relocated to the West Coast and now reside in suburban Seattle, Washington. I started working full time in the publishing and media industry in 2006.
